Molly Wood

Molly is an educator at heart and has been for over 25 years. After growing up in Evergreen, Colorado, she started her career as an 8th grade math teacher in San Francisco. She then taught middle school math at a charter school in Boston, founded and led a middle school in San Francisco for underserved students, and is currently teaching 8th grade math at LaMotte School. In addition to her experience in schools, Molly served as Director of Leadership Initiatives at Aspire Public Schools where she developed, trained, and coached new principals. She continues to coach school leaders in her private practice as a leadership coach.

Molly has served on numerous boards including San Francisco Day School, as Board Chair at The Little School in San Francisco, and as a member of Search Committees at each of these two schools. Molly has a B.A., an M.A. in education, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Molly and her wife Dagny recently moved to Bozeman with their three children, adopted an enormous puppy, and are enjoying the adventure of their new home.
