Every year in February our BYEP community rallies together for our favorite party of the year: our Bingo fundraiser to support Big Sky Youth Empowerment’s mission. The evening includes 10 rounds of Bingo, our legendary costume contest, and epic prizes. This year, we’re celebrating folklore and UNLEASHING OUR MYTHICAL BEASTS!
What to expect for our Fairy Tale Evening
Your General Admission ticket to a Medieval Banquet (which you can buy here!) includes 1 bingo card, 1 complimentary beer, casual fare, and snacks to sustain you throughout the evening! You can increase your chances of winning by purchasing an extra bingo card.
There’s plenty of room in our banquet hall, but we recommend arriving early to grab a good seat — cocktail hour and pre-games start at 6pm, and our first round of Bingo begins at 7pm!
Throughout the evening you’ll enjoy tunes brought to you by DJ Missy O’Malley, a cash bar to fill your goblet with otherworldly cocktails & mocktails from Plonk, swag for the crowd, and plenty of chances to win sweet prizes during Minute to Win It challenges, interactive games during cocktail hour, and of course 10 epic rounds of Bingo. Legendary Costume Contest
Our theme this year is Fairy Tales and Folklore: UNLEASH YOUR MYTHICAL BEAST — so come in your best beastly, classic fairy tale, or mystical magical-themed costume! The best single and couple/group costumes each win prizes that will provide a happily ever after.
Prizes
BYEP Bingo isn’t just the party of the year you don’t want to miss, you also have a chance to win amazing prizes while raising money for BYEP’s mission. This year’s prizes include skis, snowboards, Pit Vipers, experiences and local curations.
Parking
Visitor parking is located in the MSU Parking Garage located at 802-832 W Grant St ($12 max. day, overnight parking permitted). Safe rides home will also be available! Additional campus parking information can be found here.
