Every summer, BYEP partners up with local businesses to get our participants meaningful job experience. In April, teens in BYEP review a vast array of job opportunities and apply to ones they are most interested in.

How Many Participants Are You Intersested In Employing?

We find it costs us approximately $2,000 to employ a participant for 10 weeks. This is assuming they’re working 20 hours per week at minimum wage and receiving workman’s comp. What level of financial help are you able to help out with?

I'll contribute 100%, and I’ll add the participant to our business’ payroll.

I'll contribute 100%, but I’d prefer to make that a donation to BYEP. (This means the participant is insured and paid through BYEP.)

I'll contribute 50% as a donation to BYEP. (This means the participant is insured and paid through BYEP.)

I'll contribute 10% as a donation to BYEP. (This means the participant is insured and paid through BYEP.)
