Peter Mathieson

Peter is the current President of the Pittsburgh Office of Fairview Capital Investment Management. A proud graduate of Bucknell University, he went on to pursue a lengthy career in investment and wealth management, complemented by numerous non-profit Board service and community organizations.

Peter’s Board service includes The Buhl Foundation (Past Chair), The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust (current Executive Committee), The Pittsburgh Foundation (current Emeritus Trustee), and more. Peter is an Honorary Board Member of the Mentoring Partnership of SW Pennsylvania, after helping found the organization in 1995.

Peter was called to the mountains of Big Sky in 2013, part-time until 2021. Now he is putting down permanent roots in Bozeman and found BYEP a perfect fit for his many years of community service and experience in finance and development. 

Peter is father to four wonderful adult children who love Montana as much as he does.
