BYEP COVID-19 Response Update

Dear BYEP Mentors, 

I am sure you are staying connected to the news regarding the Corona Virus and the various responses from organizations across the country. I wanted to share that BYEP as an entire organization is taking this very seriously. Katie and I have been working directly with the Board of Directors all week to develop a comprehensive policy that includes preventative measures and an emergency response for kids, families, mentors and staff. These measures will be designed in accordance to CDC guidelines and protocols from major players in the Bozeman community including the local health department, the public schools and Bozeman Deaconess Hospital.

Thank you for your patience and care regarding this matter. You will be informed when we have finalized our policy and protocol. Please stay tuned for more information in regards to next steps.

In the meantime, we wish you all a lovely spring break. Do be cautious, but please enjoy your time rejuvenating with family and friends. 

Thank you for all of your hard work this last season! We are so proud of what all of you do to support these incredible kids! Based on our amazing team, we are confident we will navigate this challenge and have a wonderful end to the winter season and start to the summer!
